Welcome to Paperless Closer. You can order title transactions, be they resale, new construction, vacant land, or refinances. Furthermore, you can also track every file to which you are personally linked. (You can bypass this page by pressing the Paperless Closer button at the top)

If this is the first time you are accessing this part of our website, please be aware you will be asked for a login ID and password.

The generic login ID is 1STDENVER
The generic password is 1STDENVER

These will get you into the Paperless Closer system for the first time so that you can place an order. You will not be able to track your personal files with that ID and password; however, 1st Denver will contact you via email or phone, as well as in a written letter, to disclose your new password and ID. That contact will happen the next business day after you place your order if it is after 2pm, or the weekend. If it is before 2pm in the work week, we will contact you by the end of business by either phone or email to give you your new ID and Password (see chart below). If you have other people associated with this file that you would like to have access to the Paperless Closer system, we will also assign an ID and Password to each of them. Please be aware that once you are assigned an ID and Password, that same ID and Password will allow you to see any file to which you are associated. Your buyer or seller will only access their individual files.
