Transaction management continues to be an area where you become so bogged down with the details of managing the day to day issues that arise on a single transaction that your focus is forced away from growing your business through constant marketing and sales efforts.

1st Denver Title has developed a program that will effectively remove those hassles from your desktop and assign them to someone who is dedicated to helping you grow your business and oversee the transaction from the prelisting stage through closing and beyond. This service will allow you to have complete confidence that nearly every aspect of the real estate transaction is monitored and communicated back to you and your client as well as to the other parties of the transaction.

This service allows you to continue to grow your business daily without missing a beat!

Through our “Paperless Closer” system as well as “Top Producer” program, we personalize your marketing plan and action plans for the entire transaction and coordinate everything through you and your team/office. We even work with your current staff to eliminate this hassle from them which, in turn, allows them to focus on other, more immediately productive aspects of your business.

Following is a list of services we provide to you in this service: (this can be customized to further meet your needs with no additional cost to you!)

PreListing Phase:
  • Preparation of “Neighborhood RE-View” Book for your listing appointment- including personalizing with any additional print or various materials you want for your potential client
  • Delivery of book to either your office or directly to your potential client
  • Ordering of Ownership and Encumbrance Report – delivery to your office prior to listing appointment
  • Preparation of any additional needs to prepare your for your listing appointment
Listing Phase:
  • Preparation of broker file according to your specific office requirements
    Assistance with creation, preparation and delivery of marketing materials for listing,
    including flyers, postcards, newspaper ads, etc.
  • MLS data entry of listing (if needed)
  • Showing feedback requests and weekly delivery to you and your client (or more frequently, if requested)
  • Single point of contact for your client to request more marketing materials, feedback information and updates on status of listing
  • Update any marketing materials, MLS listings, etc. that are affected by price change, change in showing info or other various situations
  • Delivery of copies of all contracts, updates, addenda, etc. to your client as well as to your broker file
